Biology teacher fetches 3BD in Sugar Land

Deborah Scraper acquired a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 7210 Cambridge Cove Circle in Sugar Land from Jerri Wilbanks, Jerri J. Vela and William Thomas Wilbanks on Oct. 14.
The 2,565-square-foot house was built in 1995 in First Colony and is located in the Colony Lakes subdivision. It is valued at $179,870.
Ms. Scraper, a native Houstonian, is a biology teacher at Hightower High School.
She graduated from Rice University, where she studied biology and psychology.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,736 home sales in Sugar Land during the past 12 months.
