Terri L. Adeshola and Remi Adeshola sold a four-bed, 3.5-bath home at 13327 Pecan Walk Lane in Sugar Land to Olugbemi Olawale on July 25.

The property was previously acquired in July 13. The 3,542-square-foot house, which was built in 2005, is in the Orchard Lake Estates subdivision.

Ms. Adeshola is a psychotherapist at Texas Woman's University. She is also affiliated with Dominion Chapel as part of the Diversity & Inclusiveness department.
