Carlotta B. Williams and Billy R. Williams acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 44 Pinehurst Court in Missouri City from Sheri Raleigh-Yearby on March 3.
The 1,508-square-foot house was built in 1976. Ms. Raleigh-Yearby acquired the home in the Quail Village Townhouses subdivision in Sept. 2010 from Quail Village Association II. It is part of the Quail Village Townhouses development, and is valued at $97,450.
Ms. Raleigh-Yearby is a personal chef at Cast Iron Skillet, culinary arts instructor at Lamar CISD, and training consultant at Region 4 ESC.
