A divine venue for a joyful day
This photo of bride and groom models was taken at wedding venue Heaven on Earth; the duo eventually fell in love and decided to marry.
Heaven on Earth always has been about romance.
The original structure was a historic landmark built in 1898. The home was purchased and restored by J. Herbert and Susan Douglas in the early ’70s, and together, they launched what has become one of Houston’s most successful wedding venues.
This “Southern Plantation” now offers 25,000 square feet of incomparable beauty and elegance. If has become a very popular setting for wedding couples whose preference is a romantic single-location wedding and reception. Heaven on Earth offers the convenience of total in-house services, and more than 7,000 weddings have been hosted here.
