Sienna Book Club to discuss 'Memoirs of a Geisha'
The Sienna Book Club will meet to discuss "Memoirs of a Geisha" by Arthur Golden at 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 9 at Sienna Branch Library.
The meeting takes place in the library's large conference room at 8411 Sienna Springs Blvd., Missouri City.
"Memoirs of a Geisha" tells the story of a girl who was kidnapped and sold in pre-World War II Japan and who rose to the role as one of the most prominent geishas of the era.
All interested in joining the club are welcome to attend.
