Athletes in action: Men's Baseball
Scott Elitzky, a pitcher for Lander University, struck out one and gave up an earned run in a 11-7 home win over Columbus State on Sunday.
A 2008 graduate of Dulles High School, the six-foot, 185-pound junior was a left-handed pitcher for the Bearcats. Before attending Lander University, Elitzky played baseball at Crowder Community College.
