HS boys basketball: Westside defeats Westbury
Westside defeated Sam Houston 60-54 in boys high school basketball action on Wednesday, in a District 20-5A matchup.
With the win, Westside finishes the regular season with a record of 27-5 overall and 12-2 in district play.
Michael Gholston netted 13 points in the victory.
With the loss, Westbury finishes the season at 17-12 overall and 9-5 in district play.
Donivan Jones scored a game-high 15 points in the loss.
