HS girls softball: Brazoswood defeats Bush
Brazoswood slugged its way to a 9-1 win over Bush in high school softball action on Thursday, at the 1st Capitol Classic.
With the win, Brazoswood improves to 1-0 on the season.
Brazoswood will continue in the tournament on Saturday, facing Galveston Ball at 8:30 a.m.
The loss brings Bush to 0-3 on the season.
Leah Alderfer struck out two in the loss.
