Lamar Consolidated Independent School District students named to All-State ensembles

Six Lamar Consolidated Independent School District students have been named to All-State music ensembles.
Lamar Consolidated tenor Chika Iguh is a four-time All-State choir member.
Terry High School senior Carolyn Castillo and Foster High senior Alayna Thomas, both sopranos, have made the choir three times.
Terry senior Eric Gonzales and Lamar junior David Roorda, both basses, are first-time All-Staters.
All five singers will be part of the All-State Mixed Choir at the Texas Music Educators Association Clinic and Convention in San Antonio.
George Ranch High School junior Elyse Lasker will play oboe in the All-State band.
