Local grads add to Our Lady of the Lake victory
A pair of Houston area basketball players contributed to Our Lady of the Lake's 90-60 victory over Paul Quinn College Thursday night.
Robert Martinez, a 2009 graduate of Chavez High School, finished the game with 13 points, three assists, two rebounds and a steal.
The 6-foot junior guard, a kinesiology major, is the son of Robert and Dora Martinez.
Willowridge High School graduate Brad Jamal Rogers scored nine points. He added two assists, a rebound and a steal in the victory.
