Sugar Land Town Square to hold Mardi Gras chili cook-off
Sugar Land Town Square will host a Mardi Gras-themed chili cook-off on Feb. 18.
Presented by the Texas Community Referral Network, the event will offer people a chance to sample various chili dishes from local businesses and teams and vote for their favorite. To register a team, email info@txcrn.com.
There will be live music by L.T. and the Zydeco Mob and an awards and trophy presentation.
People can receive seven sample tickets with a $5 donation to the Fort Bend Rainbow Room.
The event will be held from 2-5 p.m. in the Plaza.
