Fort Bend Junior Service League announces new volunteer program
The Fort Bend Junior Service League recently announced its new program, Difference in a Day.
Difference in a Day will offer FBJSL volunteers the opportunity to collaborate with other organizations in the community for special one-day projects, according to the press release.
FBJSL president Pam Spencer said this about the new initiative, “Our new Difference in a Day program will enable the League to expand its reach and provide hands-on volunteer service to our Fort Bend neighbors in need. This program provides us with opportunities to partner with organizations where we do not regularly place volunteers, and we have received an overwhelmingly positive response so far.”
