Corey Dwayne Smith was arrested on a charge of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than a gram) on January 19, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Smith, a 31 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on January 21, 2011 and is facing a felony charge. He resides at 5226 Ridgeturn. Read more...

Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 16-22

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 16-22:

Andre Camren McCollum, 29, was charged with failure to identify as a fugitive and intent to give false information and possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana on Jan. 25.

McCollum was arrested on Jan. 19 by Officer I Trotter of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE INTENT GIVE FALSO INFO* and *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $750 bond on Jan. 20. The bond was forfeited on March 9. The bond was released on Jan. 23.

McCollum is described as a 5-foot-6, 190 black 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on February 10, 1983, in AL. His last known address is 2601 Cartwright Road, Houston.
