Travis Nnamdi Mbachu was arrested on charges of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, failure to stop and give information, ffailure to id to police officer . providing false information, indecent exposure and attempted theft from person on March 10, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Mbachu, a 20 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on March 11, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 1306 Tahoe Valley Ln.
