Montgomery County misdemeanor, Dec. 25-31

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor during the week of Dec. 25-31:

Joseph James Galloway, 24, was charged with failure to identify oneself or giving false or fictitious information on Jan. 12.

Galloway was arrested on Dec. 30 by Officer Hill of the Department of Public Safety on a charge of *FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICT INFO*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Dec. 30.

Galloway is described as a 6-foot-1, 245 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on October 7, 1987, in Louisiana, LA. His last known address is 6119 Kincer Road, Damon.
