Montgomery County misdemeanor, Nov. 27-Dec. 3

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor during the week of Nov. 27-Dec. 3:

Valentin Alberto Reyes, 35, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Dec. 9. His defense attorney is Jay M Wright.

Reyes was arrested on Dec. 2 by Officer Aldridge of the Department of Public Safety on a charge of *POSS MARIJ Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $500 bond on Dec. 3.

Reyes is described as a 5-foot-4, 240 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 1, 1976, in VICTORIA, Texas. His last known address is 37450 House Road, Brookshire.
