Montgomery County misdemeanors, Oct. 2-8

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Oct. 2-8:

Eboni Bradshawn Joseph, 21, was charged with cruelty to non-livestock animals (failure to provide) on Oct. 12. Her defense attorney is Valerie Jewett.

Joseph was arrested on Oct. 7 by Officer D Weatherford of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on a charge of *CRUELTY TO NON-LIVESTOCK ANIMALS: FAIL TO PROV*.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $750 bond on Oct. 7.

Joseph is described as a 5-foot-4, 128 B with black hair and brown eyes. She was born on July 1, 1990, in Houston, Texas. Her last known address is 3939 Montego Bay Court, Missouri City.

Michele Renee Gatlin, 45, was charged with theft (between $50 and $500) on Oct. 22.

Gatlin was arrested on Oct. 6 by the STAFFORD PD on a charge of *THEFT PROP>=$50Cash Bond posted a $500 bond on Sept. 23. The bond was forfeited on Nov. 22.

Gatlin is described as a 5 6, 185 B with black hair and brown eyes. She was born on July 17, 1966. Her last known address is 630 Colony Lake ESt. ates Drive ive #43, Stafford.
