Montgomery County misdemeanor, Sept. 25-Oct. 1

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor during the week of Sept. 25-Oct. 1:

Kay Leong Lim, 41, was charged with property theft (greater than $50, less than $500) on Oct. 27. His defense attorney is Ray A Burgess.

Lim was arrested on Sept. 30 by Officer Kimberly Christensen of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50Az Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Oct. 1.

Lim is described as a 5-foot-9, 170 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on January 12, 1971, in MALAYSIA, MZ. His last known address is 20526 Newfalls Court, Richmond.
