Montgomery County misdemeanor, July 24-30

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor during the week of July 24-30:

Riccardo Maria Raciti, 21, plead Not Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Aug. 4. His defense attorney is Tay E Bond.

Raciti was arrested on July 28 by Officer Angelina C. Flores of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *POSS MARIJ Cash Bond posted a $500 bond on July 28. The bond was released on Nov. 30.

The case was dismissed on Nov. 30.

Raciti is described as a 6-foot-0, 350 white 1 with brown hair and green eyes. He was born on January 29, 1991, in ROME, IT. His last known address is 2923 WeSt. Autumn Run Circle, Sugar Land.
