Montgomery County misdemeanor, March 27-April 2

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor during the week of March 27-April 2:

Colin Randolf Semeniuk, 31, plead Guilty to a charge of online harrass email, message with ident infor he was charged with on March 22. His defense attorney is Andrea Kolski.

Semeniuk was arrested on March 29 by the FORT BEND CO on a charge of *ONLINE HARRASS-EMAIL/MESSAGE W/IDENT INFOR*, which allegedly occurred on March 19. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.

Action Bail Bond Co posted a $2,500 bond on March 30. The bond was released on June 13. On June 13, the defendant was convicted of a lesser charge.
