Galveston County Sheriff crime blotter, Jan. 27

The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following Jan. 27 incident:

Kristanisha Lavette Hammonds, 22, was arrested on charges of theft. The incident occurred near 1410 Ransom Road, Richmond, Texas.
