The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following Dec. 31 incidents:

A citation or summons was issued to Harold Joseph Gonzalez, 33, for allegedly operate motor vehicle without plates near 1663 Avenue I, Rosenberg, Texas.

An incident involving narcotics was reported at 436 Farm To Market Road 1876, Sugar Land, Texas.
