Galveston County Sheriff crime blotter, Sept. 30

The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following Sept. 30 incidents:

Ismael Marecos Lopez Mejia, 41, was arrested on charges of theft. The incident occurred near Fort Bend County Sheriff Office, 1410 Ransom Road, Richmond, Texas.

A citation or summons was issued to Joel Alton McLeod, 34, for allegedly disregard traffic control device near 646 Farm To Market 1092, Sugar Land, Texas.
