A Sugar land man was arrested and charged with assault of a family member, driving with an invalid license, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and driving with expired registration on February 14, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Justin Michael Caldwell, 30 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on February 15, 2012 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 18 Treverstone Ct.
