Deshawn Shannon Butler was arrested on charges of driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance), failure to change address on driver's license, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), failure to produce a driver's license on demand, speeding and violating a promise to appear on February 4, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Butler, a 29 year old black female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on February 4, 2012 and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides at 16506 Lonesome Quail.
