Montgomery County arrests, Dec. 30

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Dec. 30:

Joseph James Galloway was arrested on an alleged charge of failure to identify (giving false or fictitious information). Galloway's address is listed as 6119 Kincer Road, Damon, TX 77430.

Ora Palmerin-Martinez, of 511 Mulberry Ave., Wharton, TX 77488, was arrested on an alleged charge of driving while intoxicated 2nd fail stop give information.
