The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on July 3:

Manuel Alexis Macias, of 8806 Beau Monde Drive, Houston, TX 77099, was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION, public intoxication, FAIL TO APPEAR MC NO DRIVERS LICENSE ON DEMAND SPEEDING 89/55 and failure to appear (multiple charges) driving without a drivers license speeding (89mph in a 55mph zone).
