Stephan Marc Cummings, of 1402 Divin Drive, Rosenberg,Tx, , was arrested on alleged charges of speeding, SPEEDING, failure to appear (Class C misdemeanor) violating a promise to appear and FAILURE TO APPEAR CLASS C VIOLATE PROMISE TO APPEAR.
