The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on May 8:
Matthew William Allen, of 46444 Covey Trail, Magnolia, TX 77353, was arrested on alleged charges of CAPIAS PROFINE/MISD and a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor.
