Bryan Keith Loring was arrested on charges of driving with expired registration, driving with a suspended license ended, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and trespassing on a property or in a building without forcible entry on January 21, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Loring, a 28 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on January 22, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 1243 Beechbend.
