Mark Anthony Burks was arrested on charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than 1 gram), driving without a texas operator's license, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) on January 25, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Burks, a 36 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on January 26, 2012 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 14255 Andrea Way.
