Marcus James Jackson was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver controlled substance penalty grade 1 (1 to 4 grams) and 3 counts of manufacture, delivery controlled substance penalty grade 1 (less than 1 gram) on January 24, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Jackson, a 30 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on January 25, 2012 and is facing felony charges. He resides at 6867 Chasewood.
