Kanise Krechelle Kelley was arrested on charges of driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance), unapproved sunscreen device, refuse to identify to peace of, 2 counts of failure to change address on driver's license and failure or refusal to pay toll on January 22, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
