Carlton James Ferguson was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of failure to change address on driver's license, illegal left turn, violating a promise to appear, driving with an invalid license, ffailure or refusal to pay toll and failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. Ferguson is a 28 year old black male who lives at 14807 Swift River Ln in Sugar Land.
