Detorrian Simpson was arrested on charges of failure to produce a driver's license on demand, driving with an invalid license, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), ffailure or refusal to pay toll and violating a promise to appear on October 2, 2010, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Simpson, a 33 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on October 3, 2010 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 1655 Green Meadow.
