A Missouricy man was arrested and charged with failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), failure to change address on driver's license, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and failure to produce a driver's license on demand on October 1, 2010, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Kerry Dewon Brooks, 33 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on October 1, 2010 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 7434 Towerview.
