Shalana Ladawn Stewart was arrested on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), 2 counts of speeding to or 10% ovr posted and failure to change address on driver's license on November 18, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Stewart, a 35 year old black female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on November 19, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides at 6702 Trigate.
