A Houston man was arrested and charged with possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than a gram), aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and failure to attend school on November 16, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Patrick Wayne Jeffery, 18 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on November 17, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 15715 Clark Springs.
