Tabasiyun Ontario Mccary was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams), possession of a penalty group 4 controlled substance (200 to 400 grams) and possession of controlled substance penalty group 2 between 4 grams and 400 grams, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported.
