Previn Larone James Jr was arrested on charges of assault of a family or household member (impeding breath), 2 counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), driving with expired registration and driving without a Texas operator's license on September 7, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
