Joshua Deon Freeman was arrested on charges of unlawful carrying of a weapon, possession of marijuana, 2 to 4 ounces, driving without a Texas operator's license and driving without wearing a seat belt on September 6, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Freeman, a 22 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on September 6, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 9203 Highway 6 South.
