A Houston man was arrested and charged with driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, driving with expired registration, driving without a Texas operator's license, possession with intent to deliver controlled substance penalty group 1 greater than or equal to 4 grams but less than 200 grams and felony possession of a weapon on September 1, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Broderick Ray Randle, 23 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on September 2, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 15819 Ridgecroft.
