Michrael Juche Cole was arrested on charges of driving without a Texas operator's license, 2 counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), 2 counts of driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, 2 counts of driving with expired registration and failure to produce a driver's license on demand on August 31, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
