A Houston man was arrested and charged with driving with defective head lights, violating a promise to appear, failure to stop designated point/stop sign and failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) on September 20, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Michael Dwain Evans, 24 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on September 20, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 14402 Pavilion Point.
