Liorge R Alvarez Arrested

Liorge R Alvarez was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance), failure to present identification to Police Officer and providing false information, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and failure to produce a driver's license on demand, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. Alvarez is a 20 year old black male who lives at 7115 El Sereno Dr in Houston.
