Velvet A Freeny Arrested

Velvet A Freeny was arrested on charges of theft by check $50 or more, but less than $500, issuing a bad check, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), failure to stop at designated point/stop sign, failure to change address on driver's license and 2 counts of parent contributing to truancy on July 28, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. Freeny, a 50 year old black female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on July 28, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides at 15770 Bellaire Blvd 2.
