A Houston man was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), no texas operatorattendant driver's license, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and driving with expired registration on July 22, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Xavier Frederick, 20 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on July 24, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 7007 Brody Lane.
