A Houston woman was arrested and charged with failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), speeding, driving with expired registration and driving without or with an expired inspection sticker on July 22, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Melanie Lasha Kingsberry, 20 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on July 23, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides at 7470 Navidad.
