Sean Terrell Mcafee was arrested on charges of violating a promise to appear, 2 counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and driving with expired registration on July 12, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
