Lasha Marie Simpson was arrested on charges of theft by check, 2 counts of violating a promise to appear, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, failure to produce a driver's license on demand, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and speeding on July 7, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
